Subdistributors definition

Subdistributors means any subdistributor (exclusive of pre-wholesalers, wholesalers and Sublicensees) of the Product in the Territory appointed by Celltech from and after the Effective Date pursuant to this Agreement.
Subdistributors means Third Parties retained by Distributor pursuant to Section 2.1(d) to Market the Product in the Territory as a contract sales force, and shall exclude, without limitation, wholesalers, retailers, hospitals, government purchasers, managed care organizations and permitted sublicensees.
Subdistributors means any Person who has obtained rights with respect to the marketing, distribution or sale of the Company’s “Altrazeal” transforming powder pursuant to an agreement or arrangement of any kind with Velocitas, a Velocitas Affiliate or an assignee or successor of the foregoing.
