The Subcontractor shall at all times prevent any trespass or public or private nuisance (including any such nuisance caused by noxious fumes, noisy working operations or the deposit of any material or debris on the public highway) or other interference with the right of any adjoining or neighbouring landowner, tenant or occupier or any statutory undertaker or any other contractor engaged on the Project arising out of the carrying out of the Subcontract Works or of any obligation pursuant to Clause 7.
The Subcontractor shall have no claim or right of action against the Contractor arising from work previously carried out by others unless any discrepancy in position or dimension or other reason for unsuitability of the work or surfaces has been notified to the Contractor by the Subcontractor pursuant to Clause 11.1 prior to the Subcontractor commencing the Subcontract Works.

The Subcontractor shall maintain and protect the Subcontract Works at its own expense and shall make good at its own expense any defects, shrinkages and/or other faults in, or damage to the Subcontract Works to the Contractor's satisfaction.
The Subcontractor shall satisfy itself before commencing the Subcontract Works as to the position, dimensions and suitability of any previous work which may in any way affect the Subcontract Works, (including without restriction any surface or background to which the Subcontractor is to fix or lay its work) and shall immediately advise the Contractor in writing if such previous work is out of position, wrongly dimensioned or in any other way unsuitable.

Subcontract Works means the work set out in the Statement of Works and Materials (Attachment B) and/or the materials set out in the Statement of Works and Materials (Attachment B).

Subcontract Works means the whole of the work to be performed in accordance with the Subcontract and handed over to the Contractor, including all parts of the Work Scope and Variations that are to be handed over to the Contractor. Supplier means an entity engaged by the Subcontractor to supply part of the Work under the Subcontract or Temporary Work, or both. Test means to examine, inspect, measure, prove and trial, including to open up any part covered up, if necessary. Testing and other derivatives of Test have a corresponding meaning. Utility Service means any service, facility, or item of infrastructure, including water, electricity, gas, ethane, fuel, telephone, drainage, sewerage, railway, industrial waste disposal and electronic communications service.
