Subcontract Works definition

Subcontract Works mesanthe works as described in Clause 2 of this Subcontract Agreement, and includes all the works undertaken by the Subcontractor

Subcontract Works means the works stated in the Sub Contract Order.

• All plant, equipment and materials supplied as part of the Sub-contract Works shall be new and of first class commercial quality, shall be free from defects and imperfections and where indicated shall be of grades and classifications designated herein.

• The term “Record Drawings” shall mean those drawings required to be prepared by the Sub-contractor showing “as installed” and other records for the Sub-contract Works.

More Definitions of Subcontract Works

Subcontract Works means the whole of the work to be executed by the Subcontractor under this Subcontract, a description of which is provided in Item 2 of Schedule 1 and contained in the Subcontract Documents described in Item 3 of Schedule 1 and includes any Variation to the works under this Subcontract. ‘Survey Mark’ means a survey peg, survey mark, bench mark, reference mark, level mark or any other mark used or intended to be used for the purpose of setting out, checking and measuring the Subcontract Work.

Subcontract Works means the work set out in the Statement of Works and Materials (Attachment B) and/or the materials set out in the Statement of Works and Materials (Attachment B).

Subcontract Works means the work and services relating to the Project to be provided by the Subcontractor pursuant to this Subcontract and as set out in the Proposal and shall include any additions, variations or amendments thereto made in accordance with this Subcontract; “Terms” shall mean these terms entitled “T. Sullivan Engineering Limited – Terms and Conditions of Subcontract, 2013 Edition”,

Subcontract Works means the works and services referred to in Part 1 of Appendix A and described in the Numbered Documents and to be executed as part of the Works including any changes made to such works and services in accordance with This Subcontract;

Subcontract Works means works included in a subcontract.
