Subcontract Cost definition

Subcontract Cost means the ordinary and reasonable cost of subcontracts made by Consultant for services rendered under this Contract.
Subcontract Cost means the ordinary and reasonable cost of subcontracts made by the Consultant and approved in advance and in writing by the Director for services rendered under this Agreement plus a fixed payment not to exceed 5% of Subcontract Cost to compensate Consultant for administering the subcontract, assumption of responsibility for the Subcontractor's services, and performance risk related to the subcontracts. Consultant is responsible for the performance and work product of subcontractors.
