Sub-tenant definition

Sub-tenant means the Approved Sub-tenant to whom the Tenant grants a Sub-lease[;
Sub-tenant means a tenant (below the immediate tenant) of any of the premises comprised in the headlease (and “sub-lease” is to be read accordingly);
Sub-tenant means a person who leases property from a tenant.
