Sub-Supplier definition

Sub-Supplier means the sub-contracted SUPPLIER of equipment sub-components software and/or support services relating to the equipment / package, or part thereof, to be provided by the SUPPLIER. COMPANY maintains the right to review all proposed SUB-SUPPLIERS, but this right does not relieve the SUPPLIER of their obligations under the Contract, nor does it create any contractual relationship between COMPANY and any individual SUB-SUPPLIER.
Sub-Supplier means any supplier who contracts with the Supplier for performance of the services for which the Supplier has contracted with the Service Provider;
Sub-Supplier means an individual, firm, or corporation having a direct contract with Supplier or with any other Sub-Supplier for the performance of a part of the Work, on or off the Site.

  • Any failure or delay by the Supplier in performing its obligations under the Contract which results from a failure or delay by an agent, Sub-Supplier or supplier shall be regarded as due to a Force Majeure Event only if that agent, Sub-Supplier or supplier is itself impeded by a Force Majeure Event from complying with an obligation to the Supplier.

  • Further- more, the Operator shall, throughout the duration of the Contract, be obliged to notify the DEA immediately in writing in the event of any changes in the ownership of the Operator or any Sub- Supplier, changes in the control of the Operator or any Sub-Supplier and any other matter relevant to ensure compliance with sanctions, export control rules, embargoes or similar.

  • Notwithstanding the above, the Supplier may furnish to its Sub-Supplier such documents, data, and other information it receives from the Procuring Entity to the extent required for the Sub Supplier to perform its work under the Contract, in which event the Supplier shall obtain from such Sub Supplier undertaking of confidentiality similar to that imposed on the Supplier under GCC Clause 20.

  • If any change regarding Sub-Suppliers entails an amend- ment of Appendix 4, the Operator’s Solution Description, or any other appendices, besides the identity of the Sub-Supplier, the change management procedures set out in Appendix 8, Change management, shall be followed, unless the change is made in accordance with clause 11.


More Definitions of Sub-Supplier

Sub-Supplier means and refer only to a corporation, partnership, or individual having a direct contract with the Supplier for performing work covered by these contract documents.
Sub-Supplier means any person or company other than Supplier supplying Goods or parts thereof in connection with the Purchase Order directly or indirectly to Purchaser.
Sub-Supplier means one party to any Subcontract as may be concluded between a Sub-supplier and Supplier by which Supplier delegates performance of certain obligations for the purpose of implementation of this Contract.
Sub-Supplier means any sub-supplier of the Supplier including any sub-suppliers of any such sub-suppliers;
Sub-Supplier means any supplier or contractor of the Supplier who supplies materials, equipment, sub- assemblies or services to the Supplier in connection with the Goods.
Sub-Supplier means any entity (other than the Supplier) named in the Contract for any part of the Work thereunder or any entity to whom any part of the Contract has been sub-let with the consent in writing of the Purchaser.
Sub-Supplier means any entity to whom the Supplier has subcontracted any part of the Works or from whom the Supplier has purchased any material or service to be incorporated into the Works.
