Sub-Sublease definition

Sub-Sublease means the sub-sublease for any Parcel or Parcels being leased by the 19 Developer to another for development, occupancy, use or possession of any part of the Private 20 Improvements on that Parcel or Parcels.
Sub-Sublease shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.3.
Sub-Sublease means the Sub-Sublease, dated as of the date hereof, by and between the County and Museum Associates, as originally executed and as it may from time to time be amended in accordance with the provisions thereof.

More Definitions of Sub-Sublease

Sub-Sublease means any sub-sublease or license of the Premises or any part thereof by PFA to another party. The term “Sub-subleases” consists of the Residential Sub-subleases and Commercial Sub-subleases.
