Sub-Sublease shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.3.

Sub-Sublease means any sub-sublease or license of the Premises or any part thereof by PFA to another party. The term “Sub-subleases” consists of the Residential Sub-subleases and Commercial Sub-subleases.

Sub-Sublease means those sub-subleases of the Fleet Parking Units, or portions thereof, entered into between ISBA as the Sub-sublessor to Sub-sublessees, and any further sublease of the Fleet Parking Units or a portion thereof between a Sub-sublessee, as sublessor, and further sublessees of the Fleet Parking Units.

Sub-Sublease means that certain sub-sublease agreement between Tenant and SCI pursuant to which, among other things, SCI subleases to Tenant floors 1 – 4 of the Building. As used herein, “Contingency Date” means December 31, 2006.
