Sub-agreement definition

Sub-agreement means any agreement between the Recipient and a sub-awardee or between sub- awardees that is based on this Agreement, provided that the term “sub-awardee” does not include the purchase of (1) support services not related to the subject matter of this Agreement, or (2) supplies.
