Structural Maintenance definition

Structural Maintenance means the continuous, diligent and ongoing maintenance and repair of all structural components of the Bridge – Parkside Drive and the Bridge – Humber River that ensures a good state of repair and safe usage, in compliance with all Applicable Laws, including all required alterations, replacements, modifications or upgrades to the structural components of the Bridge – Parkside Drive and the Bridge – Humber River.
Structural Maintenance means work required to maintain the physical structure of a Highway. It Includes such work as: repair after severe weather damage, component repair for concrete or steel Culverts. For the purposes of this policy, the term also Includes the mandatory asset inspections and the cost of engineering studies associated with Highways.
Structural Maintenance means the continuous, diligent and ongoing Inspection, maintenance and repair of all structural components of the Bridge that ensures good state of repair and safe usage, in compliance with all Applicable Laws, including all required alterations, replacements, major repairs, modifications or upgrades to the structural components of the Bridge.
