Streetlight Pole means a freestanding Pole that is used for lighting purposes and is capable of supporting Wireless Communications Facilities.
Licensee will be responsible for payment to Utility for all Make-Ready Work required to accommodate Licensee's Wireless Attachments on a Utility Pole or a Streetlight Pole pursuant to Section 4.5. Utility shall provide an estimate of charges to perform all necessary Make-Ready Work within 14 days of approving a Permit Application, and Licensee shall pay all such charges before Utility commences the Make-Ready Work.
