Storage Guidelines definition

Storage Guidelines means CBSB’s written procedures, as approved by Tercica in writing, that describe the methods of packaging, preserving, monitoring and storing, any and all Tercica property, including the Drug Substance.
Storage Guidelines means Manufacturer’s procedures approved by Buyer in writing that describe the methods of packaging, monitoring, and storing the Product, Raw Materials, Buyer Supplied Items and work-in-progress.

Storage Guidelines means Paragon’s procedures (based on information provided by the Client), as approved by Client in writing, that describe the methods of packaging, preserving, monitoring and storing any and all Client property, including the Product, Cell Line, Master Cell Bank, and Working Cell Bank.
Storage Guidelines means those procedures (based on information provided by Passage Bio), as approved by Passage Bio in writing, methods and conditions for packaging (including, as applicable, use of digital artwork files or labels provided by Passage Bio), preserving, monitoring and storing all Passage Bio Materials, Raw Materials, Bulk Drug Substance and/or Drug Product, as set forth in the Quality Agreement or as otherwise mutually agreed to in writing by the Parties.
