Stockholders' Meetings definition
Stockholders' Meetings means the special stockholders meetings of each of Lyondell and Millennium held November 20, 1997.
Stockholders' Meetings means the respective meetings of the stockholders of the Company and stockholders of Parent to be held pursuant to Section 8.1, including any adjournment or adjournments thereof. "Subsidiaries" or "subsidiary" of the Company, the Surviving Corporation, Parent or any other Person means any corporation or other entity of which shares or other ownership interests having voting power to elect a majority of the board of directors or other Persons performing similar functions are directly or indirectly owned by such Person.

Stockholders' Meetings means the Company Stockholders' Meeting and the Parent Stockholders' Meeting.

"TENNECO STOCK" means the Tenneco Common Stock, the $7.40 Preferred Stock and the $4.50 Preferred Stock (but not the New Preferred Stock).
