Stock Repurchase Program definition

Stock Repurchase Program means [the stock repurchase program approved by the Board of Directors of the Corporation on February 12, 1998].
Stock Repurchase Program means that certain stock repurchase program approved by the Board of Directors of the Borrower whereby the Borrower may purchase common Equity Interests of the Borrower, for an aggregate amount not to exceed 50% of the Net Cash Proceeds received from the Services Business Disposition.

More Definitions of Stock Repurchase Program

Stock Repurchase Program means the two-year stock repurchase program, as in effect on the Issue Date, to repurchase of up to $500 million in the Company’s outstanding Capital Interests.
