Stock Items definition

Stock Items means any material that is commercially available from MPI and is identified with a specific product number on MPI's website (www.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇) ▇▇ in MPI's publications.
Stock Items means Raw Materials and Components that are used in the performance of Services for Client, and services for other clients of Catalent, including without limitation standard vials, stoppers, and caps. For the avoidance of doubt, Stock Items are Catalent-Supplied Components.
Stock Items means goods that are held in stock at Stores.

Examples of Stock Items in a sentence

  • Replenishment of Stock Items: These items shall be received no later than three (3) calendar days After Receipt of Order (ARO) and shall be delivered F.O.B. Destination.

  • CTS shall have no liability for any Items which may have been misused or in any way abused by the Customer and shall in each case be afforded an opportunity to examine any Items or Non Stock Items said to be damaged.


More Definitions of Stock Items

Stock Items means Spares, Repair Parts, Consumable Materials or Raw Materials.
