Stock-Based Award means any Award, denominated in Shares, made pursuant to this Plan, including Options, Stock Appreciation Rights, Restricted Stock, Restricted Stock Units, Deferred Stock Units, Performance Awards or Other Stock-Based Awards.
Stock-Based Award means an equity-based or equity-related Award granted under Article 10 herein and subject to the terms of this Plan, and not otherwise described by the terms of this Plan.
Stock-Based Award means a right that may be denominated or payable in, or valued in whole or in part by reference to the market value of, Stock, including, but not limited to, any Option, SAR (including a Limited SAR), Restricted Stock, Stock granted as a bonus or Awards in lieu of cash obligations.

Stock-Based Award means any equity-based or equity-related Incentive Award made pursuant to this Plan, including Options, Stock Appreciation Rights, Restricted Stock, Restricted Stock Units, Performance Awards denominated or payable in shares of Common Stock and Other Stock-Based Awards.
