The exercise of Employee’s vested options and shares shall continue to be governed by the terms and conditions of the Company’s Stock Agreements.
The provisions of the various Restricted Stock Agreements entered into under the Plan need not be identical.
The Plan and applicable Stock Agreement(s) shall govern any grants of restricted shares and/or stock options to purchase shares of Company’s Common Stock and/or such other awards.
