Stepdown Percentage. For any Distribution Date: (i) 0% until and including the Distribution Date in November 2009, (ii) 30% from the Distribution Date in December 2009 until and including the Distribution Date in November 2010, (iii) 40% from the Distribution Date in December 2010 until and including the Distribution Date in November 2011, (iv) 60% from the Distribution Date in December 2011 until and including the Distribution Date in November 2012, (v) 80% from the Distribution Date in December 2012 until and including the Distribution Date in November 2013 and (vi) 100% thereafter.
