Steering Difference definition

Steering Difference means the difference between the quantity of gas that the transmission system operators had scheduled to flow and the measured quantity for an interconnection point.
Steering Difference has the meaning given in Section D paragraph 1.3 of the IUK Access Code;
Steering Difference means the difference between the quantity of gas that the transmission system operators schedule to flow and the measured quantity.

  • The CSO shall use reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Steering Difference is kept as close as possible to zero.

  • If either Party (i) becomes insolvent or (ii) does not take such action as may be necessary to return such Cumulative Steering Difference to zero at the request of the other Party and/or (iii) on termination of this Agreement, the Party to which a quantity of gas must be delivered to restore the Cumulative Steering Difference to zero will be entitled to make a financial claim against the first Party in respect of the value of the gas comprising the Cumulative Steering Difference.
