Statement of deficiencies definition

Statement of deficiencies means a survey or investigation report completed by the department identifying one or more violations of chapter 70.127 RCW or this chapter. The report clearly identifies the specific law or rule that has been violated along with a descrip- tion of the reasons for noncompliance.
