State warehouse definition

State warehouse means any premises provided by the State for the purpose of the deposit of goods in order to secure such goods or to hold such goods as security for the duties due in respect thereof, or pending compliance with any law relating to such goods;
State warehouse means any premises provided by the State for the deposit of goods for the security thereof and of the duties due thereon, or pending compliance with the provisions of any law in respect of such goods;

  • If any voting machine is damaged, or if the front or rear door seal on any machine is damaged or missing, whether in transit or otherwise, the Contractor shall notify the Parish Custodian and the Secretary of State warehouse staff immediately and proper forms shall be signed by the Contractor, or his designee, and Secretary of State warehouse staff.

  • In default of compliance with subsection (1) or (5), the proper officer may cause the goods concerned to be conveyed to a State warehouse or to any other place indicated by him or may himself so remove them and, if entry is not made within three months together with the payment of any duty due and all charges of removal and warehouse rent, the Commissioner may, subject to this section, cause the goods to be sold by public auction, if they have not been entered before the date fixed for their sale.
