State Transmission Utility (STU) definition

State Transmission Utility (STU) means the Board or the Government Company notified by the respective State Government under Sub-Section I of Section 39 of the Electricity Act, 2003.
State Transmission Utility (STU) means the Board or the Government Company specified as such by the State Government under sub-section (1) of section 39 of the Act;
