State support definition

State support means the support extended by the Government to a concessionaire, which may include the following:-
State support means grant by the State of any administrative support, asset-based support, foregoing revenue benefits support, undertaking contingent liabilities by providing guarantees or financial support to the Developer as enumerated in Schedule V of the Act;
State support means State Support as defined in the Act.
