State Grid Code means the Grid Code specified by the CERC under Clause (h) of Sub-section (1) of Section 79 of the Electricity Act, as amended from time to time, and/or the State Grid Code as specified by the concerned State Commission, referred under Clause (h) of Sub- section (1) of Section 86 of the Electricity Xxx 0000, as applicable;
State Grid Code means the Code specified by the Commission under clause (h) of sub-section (1) of Section 86 of the Act;

More Definitions of State Grid Code
State Grid Code means the Uttarakhand Electricity Regulatory Commission (State Grid Code) Regulations, 2007 specified under clause (h) of sub-section (1) of section 86 of the Act by Uttarakhand Electricity Regulatory Commission;
State Grid Code means the State Grid Code specified by the Commission under clause (h) of sub-section (1) of section 86 of the Act, applicable on the date of commencement of these regulations and as amended from time to time;
