Division 3A—Exclusion of students by chief executive 36A Chief executive’s power to exclude student(1) The chief executive may exclude a student from a stated State educational institution, or all State educational institutions, if the chief executive is satisfied a ground exists for the exclusion.(2) The chief executive may act under this division whether or not the student has already been suspended or excluded under this part.
