Start Price with respect to a Share or a Peer Share means the average of the closing price of such Share or Peer Share on the applicable Principal Exchange on each trading day in December [●]6, assuming dividends distributed during December [●] were reinvested in additional shares of the issuing company’s stock on the ex-dividend date.
