Standby Period definition

Standby Period means the period from the date of this Agreement until HML is appointed as Administrator in accordance with Clause 2.3 or until the termination of this Agreement in accordance with Clause 13 (Termination by HML), Clause 14 (Termination by Issuer) or Clause 15 (Termination by Notice).
Standby Period will normally run seven (7) consecutive days. In cases where operational requirements allow, standby periods may run less than seven (7) consecutive days.
Standby Period means the period from 1 January 2014 through 30 June 2014 during which (a) OWNER shall perform the REFURBISHMENT WORK under Clause 5.2 and (b) the STANDBY FEE shall be payable by COMPANY to OWNER regardless of the rate of hydrocarbon production of the FPSO during such period.

Standby Period means a period of 180 days, commencing on the date that a Standby Default exists.
