Standard Support Hours definition

Standard Support Hours means the hours between 7:00 am PST and 7:00 pm PST, excluding Saturday, Sunday, and TCP recognized employee holidays.
Standard Support Hours means the standard hours during which the Support will be provided as specified in clause 7.4;
