Standard Mark definition

Standard Mark means the mark specified by the Bureau, and includes Hallmark, to represent conformity of goods, article, process, system or service to a particular Indian Standard or conformity to a standard, the mark of which has been established, adopted or recognised by the Bureau and is marked on the article or goods as a Standard Mark or on its covering or label attached to such goods or article so marked;

Standard Mark means the Bureau of Indian Standards Certification Mark specified by the Bureau to represent a particular Indian Standard and also includes any Indian Standards Institution Certification Mark specified by the Indian Standards Institution;

Standard Mark means the mark determined in accordance with section 4(1)(a)(ii) as if the precious metal part comprised a single article.]

• For use of materials other than materials bearing "Standard Mark (ISI)" Mandatory tests shall be conducted at the frequency specified in the contract.

• For materials bearing "Standard Mark (ISI)" ordinarily no testing is to be done.

Standard Mark means the Bangladesh Standards and Testing Institution Certification Mark specified by the Institution to represent a particular Bangladesh Standard;
