Stage Two definition

Stage Two means the second phase of the Priority Project that will proceed as varied in this agreement and agreed by NSW and the Commonwealth, will be undertaken by the State as described in Items B.3.1 and C.1.3.
Stage Two means the second, underground, exploration phase of the Corporation's two-stage exploration program for the Property as recommended by the Technical Report, consisting of, if warranted by the results of Stage One, continued development of the underground infrastructure by driving exploration drifts, geomechanical and lithological mapping and mining mineral treatment (to increase metallurgy data);
Stage Two means the portion of the Properties described in EXHIBIT Battached hereto.

Stage Two. A committee composed of not more than two (2) Union Representatives and not more than two (2) employees of the Bargaining Unit shall, on behalf of the employees, present the Grievance in writing to the Management, who shall discuss the matter with such Committee and give its decision no later than five (5) days after written presentation has been given to it.
