STA definition

STA means the Sectional Titles Act, 95 of 1986, as amended, including the Regulations issues under the Act;
STA means the Securities Transfer Act, 2006 (Ontario) and any successor legislation thereto as amended and in effect from time to time;
STA means the Securities Transfer Act of the Province referred to in the “Governing Law” section of this Agreement, as such legislation may be amended, renamed or replaced from time to time, and includes all regulations from time to time made under such legislation.

STA means the Securities Transfer Act (Ontario) and the regulations thereunder, as from time to time in effect; or any other similar legislation of any other province or territory of Canada.
