  • PHD shall make available to SSD or the Secretary of the United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), in the time and manner designated by SSD or HHS, any records related to the use, disclosure and privacy protections of PHI for the purpose of investigating or auditing SSD’s compliance with HIPAA regulations.
