Sproule Report definition
Sproule Report means the report of Sproule dated February 7, 2019 evaluating the crude oil, natural gas liquids and natural gas reserves of the Corporation as at December 31, 2018;
Sproule Report means the independent engineering evaluation of Bonterra's oil, natural gas and NGLs interests prepared by Sproule dated February 7, 2025 and effective December 31, 2024 utilizing the average commodity price forecasts of Sproule, GLJ Petroleum Consultants and McDaniels & Associates Consultants Ltd. dated December 31, 2024; and
Sproule Report means the reserve report dated February 27, 2015 and prepared by Sproule in relation to the crude oil and natural gas reserves of the Corporation and the future net production revenues attainable thereto with an effective date of December 31, 2014;

Sproule Report means the independent engineering report dated March 31, 2014 and effective December 31, 2013 prepared by Sproule evaluating the oil, NGLs and natural gas reserves attributable to the Corporation;
Sproule Report means the report prepared by Sproule dated February 11, 2011 evaluating approximately 43 percent and auditing approximately 10 percent of the crude oil, natural gas and natural gas liquids reserves of Penn West and the net present value of future net revenue attributable to those reserves effective as at December 31, 2010.
Sproule Report means the independent reserves evaluation prepared by Sproule dated March 19, 2010 of the petroleum and natural gas reserves and the present net worth of those reserves of the Corporation as at December 31, 2009;
Sproule Report means the independent engineering report of Sproule dated June 30, 2005 evaluating, effective March 31, 2005, the oil, NGL and natural gas reserves attributable to the Nexen Assets;
Sproule Report means the report of Sproule dated February 27, 2015 evaluating our crude oil, natural gas liquids and natural gas reserves as at December 31, 2014;
Sproule Report means the report of Sproule dated March 10, 2016 evaluating our crude oil, natural gas liquids and natural gas reserves as at December 31, 2015;
Sproule Report means the report prepared by Sproule dated March 22, 2016 and effective December 31, 2015 evaluating the crude oil, NGLs and natural gas and future net production revenues attributable to the properties of Old Petrus.
