Spreadsheet has the meaning set forth in Section 6.8.
Spreadsheet has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 7.02(b)(ii).

Examples of Spreadsheet in a sentence

  • Any additional units issued pursuant to this Section 5.16 shall be reflected on the Consideration Spreadsheet delivered by Target Company to Holdings pursuant to Section 2.16.
