Sports Equipment definition

Sports Equipment means the items used for a recognized physical sport (e.g regulators and gauge for scuba diving, bicycles, surfboards, harness for climbing gear), but excluding the clothing specifically used (eg. leotards for gymnastics, football boots, gloves for cricket) for that sports activity. It also excludes equipment relating to mind sports (eg chess), motorized or electronic sports (eg. model powerboats) or co-ordination sports (eg. billiards).
Sports Equipment means equipment, such as, but not limited to, balls, bats and other goods intended for use by those participating in sports and games.
Sports Equipment means any item used in individual or team sports, not including clothing or footwear, selling for $40 or less.
