Sponsored Access definition

Sponsored Access means the provision by Javelin SEF of electronic access to Javelin SEF to a Sponsored Person by the means of a Sponsoring Participant pursuant to the Javelin SEF Rules.
Sponsored Access means the direct technical connection to Turquoise for a non Member, which allows such non Member, i.e. the Sponsored User to enter orders under the Sponsoring Firm’s trading code.
Sponsored Access means the services of allowing the Client to use KGI Securities's member identification to transmit orders for execution directly to the relevant stock exchanges without using the KGI Securities Direct Market Access System.
