Spectrum Assets definition

Spectrum Assets means any spectrum license granted by the FCC.
Spectrum Assets means all of Sprint’s 800 MHz spectrum holdings as listed and described in Attachment A to the proposed Final Judgment.
Spectrum Assets means any (i) FCC Licenses with respect to AWS-3 Spectrum and AWS-4 Spectrum, including the proceeds for Band 66 and Band 70 of AWS-3 Spectrum and AWS-4 Spectrum held by the Spectrum Assets Guarantors and (ii) the proceeds thereof, in each case until any such FCC License no longer constitutes Collateral pursuant to the provisions of the EchoStar Convertible Notes Indenture and the Note Security Documents.

  • The Borrower shall not agree to any settlement terms of the Inmarsat Litigation (or any amendments thereto) that could reasonably be expected to be materially adverse to the use of the Spectrum Assets until the Administrative Agent has first provided written confirmation to the Borrower that such settlement terms (or amendment thereto) are satisfactory to the Administrative Agent in its sole discretion.

  • The Borrower shall not agree that the transfer of the Spectrum Assets is satisfactory, as provided for in Section 2.3.2 of the SpectrumCo-Ligado Collaboration Agreement, until the Administrative Agent has first provided written confirmation to the Borrower that such transfer is satisfactory to the Administrative Agent in its sole discretion.

Spectrum Assets means the E-Block spectrum licenses granted by the Federal Communications Commission or any spectrum license owned by CBW Co. for which the E-Block may be exchanged.
Spectrum Assets means the E-Block spectrum license granted by the Federal Communications Commission or any spectrum license owned by Wireless Co. for which the E-Block may be exchanged.
Spectrum Assets means any (i) FCC Licenses with respect to AWS-3 Spectrum and AWS-4 Spectrum, including the proceeds for Band 66 and Band 70 of AWS-3 Spectrum and AWS-4 Spectrum held by the Spectrum Assets Guarantors and (ii) the proceeds thereof, in each case until any such FCC License no longer constitutes Collateral pursuant to the provisions of this EchoStar Exchange Notes Indenture and the Security Documents.
Spectrum Assets means (i) any FCC Licenses held by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries and (ii) any Equity Interests in any Subsidiary that holds FCC Licenses.
Spectrum Assets means (i) all FCC License Rights held by the Issuers and their Restricted Subsidiaries on the Issue Date and any Replacement Assets in respect thereof and (ii) the Capital Stock of each Spectrum Entity.
