Specified Provisions definition
Specified Provisions means all provisions of Schedule O to the Budget Measures Act, 2006 (No. 2) other than section 3 and subsection 8 (1) of that Schedule. (“dispositions déterminées”) 2006, c. 33, Sched. O, s. 14.
Specified Provisions means provisions of, or made under, this Order specified in regulations under that paragraph.”.
Specified Provisions means any of the terms relating to (i) amounts or timing of payment of interest or fees, (ii) terms relating to required payments or prepayments of any Obligations, (iii) financial and negative covenants set forth in the Senior Indebtedness Documents (including paragraph 6 of either Note Purchase Agreement and Article IX of the Bank Credit Agreement), (iv) covenants relating to the operations of the Company or its subsidiaries, (v) events of default, and (vi) definitions as used in any of the foregoing.
Examples of Specified Provisions in a sentence
Except for the Specified Provisions, no provision of this Agreement will inure to the benefit of a trustee, debtor-in-possession, creditor trust or other representative of an estate or creditor of any Grantor, including where any such trustee, debtor-in- possession, creditor trust or other representative of an estate is the beneficiary of a Lien securing Collateral by virtue of the avoidance of such Lien in an Insolvency or Liquidation Proceeding.
The Company and the other Grantors are intended third party beneficiaries of the Specified Provisions.

Specified Provisions means Sections 2.09(b), 5.01(c), 5.01(i), 5.01(j), 5.02(a), 5.02(b), 5.02(c), 5.02(d), 5.02(e), 5.02(l), 6.02, 6.03, 11.04 and 11.16, in each case as such sections are applicable to Holdings.
Specified Provisions means (a) the definitions of “Category 1 Disruption”, “Category 2 Disruption”, “Category 3 Disruption”, “Category 3 Disruption Trigger”, “Normal Planned Disruption Sum” and “Enhanced Planned Disruption Sum”, (b) paragraphs 3.1 to 3.3, (c) paragraphs 9.1, 9.2 and 9.4 and (d) the quantum of the Late Notice Cancellation Sum specified in Appendix 1 of Schedule 8;
Specified Provisions has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1(a).
Specified Provisions shall have the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

Specified Provisions mean any of the following provisions: (a) the definition of “Flow of Funds”, any provision described in such definition or any defined term referred to in any such provision, if and to the extent the effect of any amendment, modification, waiver or consent in respect of any such provision or defined term referred to therein changes the priorities of payments that are owing to any Series Enhancer or in respect of any Class A Notes, (b) the definition of “Series Allocation Rules” or any provision described in such definition, (c) the definitions of “Adjusted Value”, “Class A Issuance Condition”, “Class B Issuance Condition”, “Early Amortization Event”, “Rating Agency Confirmation”, “Requisite Majority” or “Specified Series Enhancers”, (d) Section 3.14 [Allocation Rules] , Section 4.01 [Events of Default] , Section 4.04 [Waiver of Existing Defaults] , Section 5.01(z) [Purchase Options ], Section 5.01(bb) [Concentration Limits] , Section 5.02(a) [No Release of Obligations] , Section 5.02(c) [Indebtedness] , Section 5.02(o) [Ratings on Equipment Notes] , Section 5.02(p) [Separate Entity Characteristics] , Section 5.03 [Portfolio Covenants] , Section 5.04(o) [Restriction on Amendments to Assigned Agreements and Certain Other Actions] , Section 5.04(r) [Organizational Documents] , Section 5.04(bb) [Inspection] , Section 6.11 [Certain Rights of the Control Party/Requisite Majority] or Section 9.06 [Issuance of Additional Equipment Notes] hereof, (e) the definition of “Manager Replacement Event,”, “Manager Termination Event” or “Manager Default” or Sections 8.2, 8.3, 8.5 or 8.6 of the Management Agreement, (f) the Account Administration Agreement or (g) this definition of “Specified Provisions”.
