Specified Fund means a fund established or incorporated in India in the form of a trust or a company or a limited liability partnership or a body corporate,—
Specified Fund means in relation to an Adhering Corporate Member the following property comprised in (and constituting a part or the whole of) the Trust Fund namely:

Examples of Specified Fund in a sentence

  • Each Investment shall be reasonably expected by the Loan Parties to be suitable for purchase by New Fund (the determination of which will include a determination that the Investment is consistent with past investments by any Specified Fund).

  • If the Specified Fund and/or its affiliates together hold less than 40% of the original principal amount of the Debentures issued on the Closing Date, the Designated Director shall promptly upon request of the Company submit his or her resignation to the Board.
