Specified Fees definition

Specified Fees means, collectively, the End of Term Fee, the Third Amendment Fee, the Waiver Fee, the Second Restatement Fee, the Third Restatement Fee, the Fourth Restatement Fee, the Administration Fee and the Origination Fees.

Specified Fees means, collectively, the Third Amendment Fee, the Waiver Fee, the Administration Fee, the Backstop Fee and any Make-Whole Amounts.

Specified Fees means, collectively, each of fees set forth on Schedule H.
