Specified Customer definition

Specified Customer means an Customer specified on Schedule 1.1(C).
Specified Customer means a customer to which sales of products manufactured by all Company Subsidiaries represented 20% or more of all Company Subsidiaries’ aggregate annual revenue for the year ended December 31, 2018 and the year ended December 31, 2019.
Specified Customer shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in a letter agreement among Agent and Borrowers dated the Agreement Date.
