Specific Assessment means assessments levied in accordance with Article VIII, Section 5 of this Declaration.

Specific Assessment means the amount payable to the Association, per occurrence, as authorized in Article XV, Section 7. These amounts include fees that are set forth in the guidelines of the Architectural Control Committee related to construction activities on any Lot and User Fees.

More Definitions of Specific Assessment

Specific Assessment means assessments levied in accordance with Article VII, Section 7 of this Declaration.
