The Supplier shall promptly execute all such assignments as are required to ensure that any rights in the Specially Written Software and New IPRs are properly transferred to the Buyer.
The Authority however, will retain title to any Specially Written Software provided by the Contractor for delivery of this Contract.
Such assignment shall either take effect on the Commencement Date or as a present assignment of future rights that will take effect immediately on the coming into existence of the Project Specific IPRs and Specially Written Software, as appropriate.
