Specialization combinations may not include management and technology management.
If the parties are unable to agree mutually on an arbitrator within thirty (30) days after a written demand for arbitration is made, the matter shall be submitted to the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) or successor organization for binding arbitration in Tarrant County, Texas by a single arbitrator who shall be a lawyer licensed to practice law in the state of Texas and Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in labor and employment law.
Effective October 24, 2005, current incumbents are not eligible to utilize existing job descriptions to be considered for reclassification requests under this Article, Section 4, Specialization – Experience.
The arbitration shall be conducted before a single arbitrator, who shall be a Labor and Employment Law specialist certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, selected by mutual agreement of the parties, or if not agreed within 30 days following commencement of the proceeding, appointed by the AAA.
To be eligible for articulation, the student must show evidence of their current Air Conditioning Installation Specialization certification and it must have been issued within three (3) years prior to their enrollment in the program.
