Special Trustee definition

Special Trustee means a trustee appointed by the Holders of a Majority in liquidation amount of the Preferred Securities in accordance with Section 5.06(a)(ii)(B).
Special Trustee means the Person unaffiliated with the Trust and the Prohibited Owner that is appointed by the Trust to serve as trustee of the Special Trust.
