In the event a Special Trustee is holding office pursuant to Section 5.06, such Special Trustee shall have the same rights as an Administrative Trustee with respect to participation in a meeting of the Administrative Trustees.
Failure to identify a witness or an exhibit may result in its exclusion at the hearing in the discretion of the Special Trustee or hearing officer.
