Special Termination definition
Special Termination means a termination by reason of the Participant’s death or Disability.
Special Termination means a termination of the Employee’s employment as a result of his or her death or Disability.
Special Termination has the meaning given in Section 2(a).
Examples of Special Termination in a sentence
Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, if the Employee’s employment with the Company is terminated in a Special Termination prior to the full vesting of the Time-Based Options, the Time-Based Options held by the Employee shall remain outstanding and eligible to vest solely in connection with a Change in Control that occurs within four months following the date of the Employee’s Special Termination.

Special Termination means a termination of the Participant’s Service due to death or Disability.
Special Termination means, (i) with respect to a Participant who has been approved as a franchisee by YUM! or any of its affiliates, the Participant’s termination of employment with the Company (other than a termination by the Company for cause) to become, immediately following such termination, a franchisee of YUM! or one of its affiliates, and (ii) with respect to any Participant, the Participant’s termination of employment with the Company (other than a termination by the Company for cause) to become, immediately following such termination, an employee of a franchisee of YUM! or one of its Subsidiaries as approved by an officer of YUM!. Participants who do not meet the foregoing requirements may not have a Special Termination.
Special Termination means either a CIC Termination or a Termination for Good Reason pursuant to Section 1.22(b) (failure to appoint or elect).
