Special Orders definition

Special Orders means Orders which do not meet the Delivery Lead Times or are not otherwise placed in accordance with clause 3.1, are required on an urgent basis, or are for non-standard Products (including Orders for Product involving Aseptic Compounding);
Special Orders means any Order for Products which are custom made by Precast for the Customer pursuant to Working Documents provided by the Customer to Precast or any Order which is for Products not usually sold by Precast and sourced only by Precast because of an Order placed by the Customer with Precast.
Special Orders are Orders for Products that are custom made, import orders, or for Products that are not in Our usual range carried in store; “Term” means the term of this Agreement as noted in Item 2 of the Schedule;

Special Orders means any orders of Large Quantities of Materials or Materials requiring modification driven by specific Customer requirements. Special Orders. Products designated by Seller as special order require a minimum 50% non-refundable deposit or full prepayment. Special orders cannot be cancelled after PO is accepted or the order is placed with the manufacturer. AUTOMATION PROJECTS: Written price quotes are based on market conditions and guaranteed for 30 days. Product pricing and availability is subject to change without notice. Products are reserved for Buyer only after a Purchase Order (PO) number is given; price is confirmed by Order Acknowledgement and FFI’s receipt of a non-refundable 50% down payment. Purchase Orders that are confirmed and/or processed for shipment cannot be changed. FFI can give estimated lead time for project products; FFI does not guarantee backorder delivery time, assumes no liability for delays, and makes no representations or promises regarding such times. Upon receipt from the vendor of the project’s products, the remaining 50% payment is due before the project can be delivered.
