Special Goods definition

Special Goods means any perishable, chilled, frozen, fragile, odd size Goods or other Goods, items, articles and things requiring special handling or care;

Examples of Special Goods in a sentence

  • Any ownership or other rights arising out of Special Goods, and Services related thereto, which are not otherwise vested automatically in Infinera are hereby assigned to Infinera, including any moral rights; and Supplier makes no claim of ownership in any of the above.
