Examples of Special Goods in a sentence
Any ownership or other rights arising out of Special Goods, and Services related thereto, which are not otherwise vested automatically in Infinera are hereby assigned to Infinera, including any moral rights; and Supplier makes no claim of ownership in any of the above.
Special Goods and any Services related thereto (including the results thereof) are “Work Made for Hire” as defined by the United States Copyright Law.
Special Goods include but are not limited to proto-types, unique profile designs, proprietary products and those Goods that, at DCS’s sole discretion, not deemed to be standard products.
The Customer acknowledges that Orders for Goods that are non-standard, ordered at the Customer’s request, sold at discount prices, and/or specifically imported at the Customer’s request or direction (Special Goods) may have to be purchased in minimum quantities and that the Customer will be notified if this applies in respect of the Customer’s Order.
The intellectual property used or embodied in the Special Goods shall remain the property of OPW or its manufacturer.
