Special Event Redemption definition

Special Event Redemption means the redemption of the Senior Notes pursuant to the Indenture following the occurrence of a Special Event.
Special Event Redemption means the redemption of the Senior Notes pursuant to the terms of Article 3 hereof following the occurrence of a Special Event.
