special constable definition

special constable means a person appointed as a special constable under section 92; (“agent spécial”)
special constable means a member sworn in as a Special Constable and performing the duties of a court officer, and/or a community services officer, and/or a property clerk. The term 'Special Constable' for remuneration purposes shall not refer to any other member who may be sworn as a Special Constable for the sole purpose of serving summonses or executing warrants.
