The Academy Trust shall ensure that: the agenda for every meeting of the Governing Body or any committee to whom the Governing Body delegates one or more of its functions to; the draft minutes of every such meeting, if they have been approved by the person acting as chairman of that meeting; the signed minutes of every such meeting; and any report, document or other paper considered at any such meeting, are made available for inspection by any interested party at the Academy and, as soon as is reasonably practicable, sent to the Secretary of State upon request.
