SPCC definition

SPCC means a plan developed in accordance with 40 C.F.R. Part 112 to be implemented for onshore facilities that includes physical structures and other measures to respond to and to prevent spills of oil or hazardous substances from reaching navigable waters.
SPCC shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.02(a) of the Agreement. “Submittals” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 12.02(c)(i).
